AATF Pre-Convention Excursion
Celebrate AATF’s 100th anniversary by starting your Paris convention trip in Senegal: five packed days of teranga, workshops and history, then fly on to Paris.
This 5-day, 4-night program is offered exclusively to AATF members and their adult traveling partners (21+). Your guest does not need to be a French teacher or French speaker, though French will be spoken most of the time.
Highlights include a guided visit to Léopold Sédar Senghor’s childhood home, drumming, dance and batik workshops at an art center perched on the cliffs above the Atlantic, a stroll on the seashell island of Fadiouth, and a tour by pirogue. At the end of the trip you’ll have time to fly onward to Paris for the 2027 AATF Convention.
